As one of the largest employers of people in the areas surrounding its operations at Cooljarloo, Chandala and Kwinana, Tiwest endeavours to maintain an active involvement in a range of community activities through its sponsorship program.
Sponsorship applications are assessed against the following criteria:
- Sponsorships are only provided to registere organisations and not individuals
- Applicants or activities should be local to one of the company's operations
- Applicants must clearly set out the benefits for their organisation and for Tiwest in a letter of application
- There must be a tangible benefit to the community and/or local residents from the sponsorship
