Tiwest is a 50/50 joint venture between Tronox Western Australia Pty Ltd and subsidiaries of Exxaro Australia Sands Pty Ltd. Tiwest Pty Ltd is a private company incorporated in Australia and is the operator of the Tiwest Joint Venture.
